OUR STORY
Who We Are
OUR ORIGIN
Rooted in a
Personal Journey
The Tabernanthe was born from a personal experience of profound healing. Our founder, after years of struggling with addiction and having exhausted conventional treatment options, found life-changing relief through ibogaine therapy.
What followed was a mission: to ensure that others who are suffering — regardless of their financial situation, background, or location — could access the same transformative opportunity.
Today, we are a team of healers, advocates, clinicians, and survivors united by the belief that ibogaine-assisted therapy represents one of the most promising frontiers in addressing the addiction and mental health crises of our time.

OUR MISSION
Connect. Support. Heal.
To bridge the gap between individuals seeking ibogaine treatment and safe, vetted providers — offering comprehensive support through every step of the healing journey, regardless of financial circumstances.
OUR VISION
A World Healed at Its Roots
A future where every person struggling with addiction, trauma, or depression has access to the full spectrum of healing modalities — including plant medicine — guided by compassion, science, and sacred respect.

THE SACRED PLANT
The Tabernanthe Iboga
Tabernanthe iboga is a perennial rainforest shrub native to Central West Africa, and the source of ibogaine — an alkaloid with remarkable properties for interrupting addiction cycles, processing trauma, and facilitating deep psychological healing.
For centuries, the Bwiti tradition of the Gabonese people has used iboga in sacred ceremonies for healing, initiation, and spiritual growth. We honor this lineage and work to ensure this medicine is approached with the cultural reverence it deserves.
WHAT GUIDE US
Our Core Values
Compassion First
Every interaction is guided by deep empathy. We see the whole person — not just the condition — and honor their courage in seeking healing.
Safety & Integrity
We only refer individuals to providers who meet rigorous safety, medical, and ethical standards. Your well-being is never compromised.
Radical Inclusivity
We serve all backgrounds, identities, and financial circumstances. Healing is a human right, not a privilege reserved for the few.
Sacred Respect
We approach the Tabernanthe iboga plant and its healing gifts with reverence, honoring the indigenous traditions from which this medicine comes.
